Welcome Reception

Sunday, 26 April, 18.00 – 21.30

The Welcome Reception takes place at Norra Latin/City Conference Centre. We promise you a very nice evening with lovely food and drinks. Come and meet your friends and enjoy this first evening.

Reception at the Stockholm City Hall and cruise on Lake Mälaren

Tuesday, 28 April, 18.00 – 20.00 and 20.15 – 22.00

A reception will be held at the Stockholm City Hall (where the Nobel Prize dinners are held) by invitation of the City of Stockholm and the County Council. A buffet dinner will be served followed by a guided tour of the building. Immediately after the reception at the Stockholm City Hall you are invited to a cruise on a turn-of-the-century ship in the Lake Mälaren. While you experience the sunset, overlooking the multifarious shorelines of the Stockholm inner archipelago, coffee will be served.

Guided tour and Farewell Cocktail Reception at the Vasa Museum

Wednesday, 29 April, 13.30 – 16.30
The first bus will leave outside of the City Conference Centre at 13.30.  

Experience an exciting tour around the world’s oldest and most talked-about warship! After the guided tour a cocktail will be served in the museum restaurant.
The official programme ends at the museum at 16.30.
